DiMarcantonio, Antonio “Tony” –Surrounded by the love of his family, Tony passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the age of 59. Beloved husband for 34 years of Nancy (nee Blanchard). Cherished father of Chris (Candice), Matt (Jessica) and Rebecca and grandfather of Ethan, Ella and Lucas. Dear brother of Julie Williams (Paul) and George DiMarcantonio (Lori). Tony will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law Berneice Blanchard and the entire Blanchard family. Predeceased by his parents Domenic and Patricia DiMarcantonio and his father-in-law Clarence Blanchard.

Tony worked for GenCorp for over twenty years and later at the Fallsview Casino. He enjoyed going for rides on his motorcycle and golfing. Above all else, Tony was a devoted husband and an intensely proud father and grandfather. He loved being involved in the lives of his three grandchildren. They brought a new perspective to life, joy and happiness. He leaves a legacy of what it means to live a life of kindness, integrity, hard work and family values and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends at the H.L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Wednesday, December 20th beginning at 10 a.m. followed by a service to celebrate Tony’s life in the Cudney Chapel at 12 noon.
