SOLTESZ, Elizabeth “Csopi” (nee Pokk) - Passed away, peacefully, at Rapelje Lodge in Welland on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in her 87th year. Beloved wife for 68 years of Julius Soltesz. Dear sister of Andrew Pokk (Josette) and godmother of Fred Bandi (Marlene). Also survived my many relatives in Hungary. Predeceased by her parents Imre & Ilona Pokk.
Elizabeth loved life and lived each day to its fullest. She will be remembered for her love of nature, animals and for her delicious cabbage rolls. She will be sadly missed by her family and dear friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at the H.L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Tuesday, November 21st at 12 noon with visitation two hours prior, beginning at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
