ALBANO, James Vincent – Passed away, suddenly, at the Welland Hospital on Monday, March 20, 2017 in his 70th year. James will be sadly missed by his dear friends Roch, Robert, Richard and Angelo. They will remember, with fondness, their many conversations, stories and laughs shared over coffee at Tim Horton’s.
