Predeceased by her grandson Michael Edwards and sisters Dorothy Sim, Grace Tomiuck (Steve) and brother Henry Sams (Rita). Edith worked at Wabasso for 51 years and became the company’s first woman supervisor. She was a member of the Canadian Bowling Association for 75 years. Leaving a legacy of wisdom and strength, she was the "matriarch" of our family. Completely devoted to her family and friends, she was always there to help when ever needed. She was a woman of integrity, possessing strong traditional morals and family values with overwhelming compassion and unconditional love. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. A service to honour and celebrate Edith’s life will be held at the H.L.
