MILBURN, Shirley Jean (nee Cosby) – Passed away, peacefully, at the Woodlands of Sunset on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Robert Malcolm Milburn (1987). Cherished mother of Richard Milburn (Joan Marie Carrigan) and the late Marsha Hyatt. Loving grandmother of Alan Milburn and Matthew Hyatt. Dear sister of Sue Weaver (Don), niece of Jean Milburn, sister-in-law of Betty Haist (Glen) and dear friend of Donna Franchetti. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Shirley taught in Welland for several years. Respecting her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.
