There are numerous tasks involved in settling an Estate.
The majority of people have never been an Executor and don’t know where to start.
This is why we provide our clients with the "Family Care Program". The purpose of the program is to help the survivors resolve some of the practical matters that can be most difficult after the loss of a loved one.

In the immediate term we notify key organizations that a person is deceased. In the short term we provide various forms and letters to assist with filing for government benefits and dealing with life insurance and pension companies, as requested.
